Estimado General,
En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, extendemos nuestras más sinceras y fraternas felicitaciones al conmemorar el 65º Aniversario de la Proclamación de Independencia de la República de Níger, ocurrida el 3 de Agosto de 1960.
Esta fecha gloriosa forma parte de la gran gesta emancipadora del Continente Africano, que en la segunda mitad del Siglo XX vio a sus Pueblos alzarse con Dignidad para recuperar su Soberanía y trazar su propio Destino. En el caso de Níger, el camino hacia la Independencia fue fruto de una profunda Conciencia Nacional y de la Voluntad Colectiva de poner fin a décadas de dominación colonial, afirmando la Identidad, la Cultura y la Autodeterminación del Pueblo nigerino.
El Pueblo nicaragüense, que también conoce el valor de la Lucha por la Libertad, la Justicia y la Dignidad, se une fraternalmente al Pueblo Hermano de Níger en esta Conmemoración, recordando que los Ideales de Independencia, Solidaridad y Resistencia unen nuestras Historias y fortalecen nuestros vínculos.
Reiteramos nuestra firme voluntad de continuar profundizando las Relaciones de Amistad, Cooperación y Hermandad entre nuestras Naciones, sobre la base del Respeto Mutuo, la Soberanía Nacional, la Justicia Social y el Compromiso compartido con un Mundo más Justo, Equitativo y en Paz.
Reciba Estimado General, nuestro Abrazo Fraterno y Revolucionario, con el Amor y Respeto del Pueblo Nicaragüense para el Hermano Pueblo de Níger.

Dear General,
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and in our own name, we extend our sincere and fraternal congratulations on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the proclamation of independence of the Republic of Niger, which took place on August 3rd, 1960.
This glorious date is part of the great emancipatory struggle of the African continent, which in the second half of the twentieth century saw its peoples rise with dignity to reclaim their sovereignty and chart their own path.
In the case of Niger, the road to independence was the result of a profound national consciousness and the collective will to put an end to decades of colonial domination, affirming the identity, culture, and self-determination of the Nigerien people.
The Nicaraguan people, who also know the value of the struggle for freedom, justice, and dignity, join in fraternal solidarity with the brotherly People of Niger in this commemoration, remembering that the ideals of independence, solidarity, and resistance unite our histories and strengthen our bonds.
We reaffirm our steadfast commitment to continue deepening the relations of friendship, cooperation, and brotherhood between our nations, based on mutual respect, national sovereignty, social justice, and our shared commitment to building a more just, equitable, and peaceful world.
