Estimado Hermano,
En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 62º Aniversario de la Independencia de la Hermana República de Kenia, este próximo 12 de Diciembre, deseamos transmitirle en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones a Usted y al Pueblo y Gobierno de la República de Kenia.
En esta fecha histórica, recordamos con admiración la gesta heroica del Pueblo de Kenia, que supo enfrentar el Colonialismo con Coraje, Unidad y Dignidad, conquistando su Independencia para abrir un camino propio de Soberanía, Esperanza y Desarrollo.
Deseamos expresar también nuestra firme voluntad de continuar reforzando los Lazos de Hermandad, Fraternidad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos de Nuestra América.
Desde nuestra Nicaragua, Siempre Bendita y Siempre Libre, reciba Querido Hermano Presidente, nuestro Abrazo Fraterno, con el Cariño y Respeto del Pueblo Nicaragüense, para el Hermano Pueblo de Kenia.

Dear Brother,
On the special occasion of commemorating the 62nd Anniversary of the Independence of the Brotherly Republic of Kenya, this coming December 12, we wish to convey to you, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua and on our own behalf, our most sincere congratulations to you and to the People and Government of the Republic of Kenya.
On this historic date, we remember with admiration the heroic deeds of the people of Kenya, who faced colonialism with courage, unity, and dignity, winning their independence to forge their own path of sovereignty, hope, and development.
We also wish to express our firm commitment to continue strengthening the bonds of brotherhood, fraternity, and cooperation that unite our peoples and governments of Our America.
From our Nicaragua, forever blessed and forever free, dear brother President, please accept our fraternal embrace, with the affection and respect of the Nicaraguan people for the brotherly people of Kenya.
