Querido Hermano,
En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, extendemos nuestras más Cálidas y Fraternales Felicitaciones a Su Alteza, al distinguido Pueblo de Kuwait y a su Gobierno, con motivo de la conmemoración del 65º Aniversario de su Independencia, a celebrarse el próximo 25 de Febrero, y del 36º Aniversario del Día de la Liberación, el 26 de Febrero.
