Estimado Señor Presidente,
En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, hacemos llegar nuestras más cálidas Felicitaciones a Usted, a su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de la República de Chipre, al conmemorarse este próximo 1 de Octubre el 65 Aniversario de la Independencia Nacional.
Recordamos con respeto y admiración aquel año de 1960, cuando el Pueblo Chipriota conquistó su legítimo Derecho a la Libertad y a la Autodeterminación, inscribiendo con Dignidad a Chipre en la Comunidad de Naciones Soberanas.
En esta fecha memorable, reiteramos nuestra firme voluntad de seguir fortaleciendo los lazos de Amistad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos, convencidos de que la Unidad y la Hermandad entre nuestras Naciones son el Camino hacia un Futuro de Paz y Prosperidad.

Dear President,
In the name of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and in our own name, we extend our warmest Congratulations to You, to your Government, and to the Brotherly People of the Republic of Cyprus, on the occasion of the commemoration this coming October 1st of the 65th Anniversary of National Independence.
We recall with respect and admiration that historic year of 1960, when the Cypriot People achieved their legitimate right to Freedom and Self-Determination, inscribing with dignity Cyprus into the community of sovereign nations.
On this memorable date, we reiterate our firm will to continue strengthening the bonds of Friendship, Solidarity, and Cooperation that unite our Peoples and Governments, convinced that the unity and brotherhood between our nations are the path toward a future of Peace and Prosperity.
