En la especial ocasión de conmemorar este próximo 27 de Octubre, el 46Aniversario del Día de la Independencia, nos honra expresar en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras máscalurosas Felicitaciones alPueblo y Gobierno de San Vicente y las Granadinas.
En esta fecha histórica de Orgullo Patriótico, Libertad, Soberanía y Autodeterminación,reafirmamos el compromiso de Nicaragua de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Amistad entre nuestrosPueblos y Gobiernos,defendiendo nuestra Identidad Afro-Descendiente, Amistad y Solidaridad Fraterna.
