En la especial ocasión de conmemorar este próximo 22 de Septiembre, el 65 Aniversario de la Independencia, permítanos trasmitir en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras Felicitaciones a Usted, a su Gobierno y al Pueblo de Mali.
En esta fecha memorable, recordamos con respeto y admiración la gesta histórica del Pueblo Maliense que, en 1960, conquistó su Independencia y abrió un camino soberano de autodeterminación y dignidad, inspirado en la fortaleza de sus ancestros y en el liderazgo de sus Próceres.
En esta ocasión histórica, reiteramos nuestra firme voluntad de seguir fortaleciendo los Lazos de Solidaridad, Hermandad y Cooperación que unen a Nicaragua y Mali, convencidos de que solo la Unidad y la Cooperación entre nuestras Naciones permitirán avanzar hacia un Futuro de Paz, Desarrollo y Justicia Social.
Desde nuestra Nicaragua, Siempre Bendita y Siempre Libre, reciba nuestro Saludo Fraterno y el Cariño del Pueblo Nicaragüense para el Pueblo de Mali, en la Conmemoración de esta Fecha de Victoria y Esperanza.

On the special occasion of commemorating this coming September 22, the 65th Anniversary of Independence, allow us to convey, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, our congratulations to you, your government, and the people of Mali.
On this memorable date, we recall with respect and admiration the historic feat of the Malian People who, in 1960, won their independence and opened a sovereign path of self-determination and dignity, inspired by the strength of their ancestors and the leadership of their national heroes.
On this historic occasion, we reiterate our firm will to continue strengthening the Bonds of Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Cooperation that unite Nicaragua and Mali, convinced that only unity and cooperation between our nations will allow us to move forward toward a future of Peace, Development, and Social Justice.
From our Nicaragua, Always Blessed and Always Free, please receive our fraternal greeting and the affection of the Nicaraguan People for the People of Mali, as you commemorate this date of victory and hope.
