Al celebrar 98 Años de la Fundación del Ejército Popular de Liberación de China este próximo 1° de Agosto, celebramos todas las Heroicas Batallas de ese admirable y querido Pueblo, en primer lugar contra el fascismo genocida, así como ese triunfal paso a paso, en Lucha permanente, defendiendo los Derechos y consolidando su principal Riqueza, que és el Poder Revolucionario del Pueblo Chino.
Con todo el Respeto que la fortaleza de China y su Ejército Popular de Liberación nos merecen, le saludamos a Usted como Jefe de Estado, del Partido y de ese Gran Ejército Combatiente y Popular, que tantas Victorias ha venido asegurando, sobre todo en términos de fortalecer la Soberanía, la Independencia y el Derecho de su Pueblo a vivir tranquilo, trabajando y prosperando.
Las Fuerzas Armadas más grandes del Mundo están allí y son una garantía de la Paz y el Bienestar de su Pueblo, y una fundamental contribución al Equilibrio y la Paz en este Mundo tan complejo.
Felicitaciones a Usted, Querido Compañero Presidente Xi Jinping, al Partido, al Ejército, y a todo ese Magnífico Pueblo suyo.

Struggle, defending Rights and consolidating their most important Wealth, which is the Revolutionary Power of the Chinese People.
With all the respect that the strength of China and its People’s Liberation Army deserve from us, we salute you as the Head of State, of the Party and of your Great Combative People’s Army, which has won so many Victories, especially in terms of strengthening the Sovereignty, Independence and the Right of China’s People to live in Peace, working and prospering.
They are largest Armed Forces in the World guaranteeing the Peace and Well-being of their People, and making a fundamental contribution to Equilibrium and Peace in this very complex World.
