MANAGUA – NICARAGUA / El Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional, en nombre del pueblo nicaragüense, transmitió un mensaje de felicitación al Presidente de la República de Irak, Abdul Latif Rashid, y al Primer Ministro, Mohammed Shia’ Al Sudani, en ocasión del 93º aniversario de la independencia de esa nación hermana.

Queridos Hermanos, Compañeros, Amigos:
En el Nombre de Dios, El Misericordioso
y Compasivo.
En ocasión de conmemorarse el 93º Aniversario de la Independencia de la República de Iraq, nos unimos con alegría y respeto al Pueblo y Gobierno de su noble Nación para celebrar aquel histórico 3 de Octubre de 1932, cuando Irak conquistó el reconocimiento de su Soberanía y se alzó como Estado Libre e Independiente en la Comunidad Internacional.
Recordamos con admiración las luchas heroicas del Pueblo iraquí frente a la dominación colonial, y reconocemos en su Historia un Ejemplo de Firmeza, Dignidad y Determinación que inspira a todos los Pueblos del Mundo que defendemos la Libertad y el Derecho inalienable a la Autodeterminación.
La República de Nicaragua celebra la Hermandad que nos une con la República de Irak, cimentada en la Solidaridad y en el Respeto Mutuo, y reitera su firme compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo nuestros Lazos de Cooperación y Amistad, trabajando juntos por un Mundo más Justo, Multipolar y en Paz.
En este día de Gloria Nacional, hacemos llegar a Usted, a su Gobierno y al Heroico Pueblo iraquí nuestros Votos de Prosperidad, Estabilidad y Bienestar, seguros de que Iraq seguirá avanzando con Esperanza, Dignidad y Coraje hacia un Futuro de Justicia Social y Desarrollo Soberano.

On the occasion of the 93rd Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Iraq, we join with joy and respect the People and Government of your noble Nation in celebrating that historic October 3rd, 1932, when Iraq achieved
the recognition of its sovereignty and rose as a free and independent State in the international community.
We recall with admiration the heroic struggles of the Iraqi People against colonial domination, and we recognize in your history an example of firmness, dignity, and determination that inspires all the peoples of the world who defend freedom and the inalienable right to self-determination.
The Republic of Nicaragua celebrates the brotherhood that unites us with the Republic of Iraq, built upon solidarity and mutual respect, and reiterates its firm commitment to continue strengthening our ties of cooperation and friendship, working together for a more just, multipolar, and peaceful world.
