MANAGUA – NICARAGUA / Nicaragua reafirma que con la dignidad y soberanía de los pueblos no se juega y los nicaragüenses son un pueblo lleno de orgullo, decoro y patriotismo que vive el legado del General Sandino.
Esta información fue dada a conocer por la Copresidenta de Nicaragua, Compañera Rosario Murillo en su habitual comunicación de mediodía con las familias nicaragüenses, a través del noticiero Multinoticias de Canal 4.
“No se atrevan, no pudieron ni podrán; los articulares del vendepatrismo, no se atrevan. Ayer oía las palabras del Alcalde de Jinotega, el compañero Leónidas Centeno, que les dijo: pueden estar tranquilos, mientras estén tranquilos aquí hay un pueblo vigilante y heroico”, expresó la Compañera Rosario.
DIGNIDAD ALTÍSIMA
Nicaragua celebró en alto el Día de la Dignidad Nacional este 4 de mayo, donde se ratificó el legado de los héroes nacionales desde Andrés Castro, el General José Dolores Estrada y el General Sandino, quienes en cada momento defendieron su patria en todos los intentos de intervención extranjera en Nicaragua.

«Venimos de una historia de Dignidad Nacional, no es una historia de reacción digna, es una historia de dignidad, de actitud, de conocimiento, de apropiación, de espíritu, de alma digna, digna, digna… Ayer celebramos nuestra dignidad nacional y dejamos claro en palabras de nuestro General Sandino: `nosotros vamos hacia el sol de la libertad´», reafirmó.
Recalcó que los nicaragüenses cada vez se sienten más orgullosos de ser totalmente consecuentes con el legado de la dignidad nacional que va en la sangre del pueblo valiente y heroico.

PUEBLO VIGILANTE
Así mismo declaró que la paz es la base de l futuro y que Nicaragua siempre la ha defendido y siempre la defenderá «aquí hay un pueblo vigilante».
Concluyó su mensaje ratificando que la dignidad nacional sigue viva, escrita en la memoria colectiva y en la lucha por una patria libre, soberana y digna.

Muy buenas tardes, Compañera. Muy buenas tardes, Queridas Familias de esta Nicaragua Nuestra, Digna, la Dignidad en Alto. Venimos de una Historia de Dignidad Nacional, no una Historia de reacción digna. És una Historia de Dignidad, de Actitud, de Conocimiento, de Apropiación, de Espíritu, de Alma, Digna, Digna, Digna.
Ayer nos celebramos precisamente, y celebramos la Dignidad en alto, de este Pueblo, nuestro Pueblo. Esa Dignidad que nos muestran nuestros Caciques Originarios, los Indios Flecheros de Matagalpa; Andrés Castro con su Piedra; el General José Dolores Estrada. Esa Dignidad que ha derrotado a los Filibusteros de todo Tiempo, y los ha expulsado de nuestra Nicaragua.
Ayer celebramos nuestra Dignidad Nacional y dejamos claro, en palabras de nuestro General Sandino, “Nosotros vamos hacia el Sol de la Libertad”, vivimos en el Sol de la Dignidad, y somos un Pueblo que Ni Se Vende, Ni Se Rinde, Jamás !
Con semejante Historia de abuso, atropello, colonialistas e Imperialistas en nuestra Nicaragua, y los extremos que ayer exponía el Doctor Gustavo Porras, cuando tantas veces pretendieron crear, lo hicieron además, pero hubo quien se rebelara, esa és la Dignidad de este Pueblo… Crear las Instituciones a su imagen, semejanza y medidas, para dominarnos mejor.
Nos ocuparon, profanaron nuestro Sagrado Territorio, pero aquí hubo quien se opusiera y quien alzara las Banderas del Decoro Nacional; esas Banderas que hoy flamean como Banderas Nacionales de esta Patria Bendita y Siempre Libre.
Nuestra Dignidad en alto, que no tiene que ver con reacciones. És el Espíritu, és la Nobleza, el Carácter, la Idiosincrasia, la Identidad del Pueblo nicaragüense, de nuestro Pueblo.
Nuestra Dignidad no se refiere a un evento o un momento, no está referida a un evento o un momento. Nuestra Dignidad és de Historia, Memoria, Gloria y Permanencia, una Dignidad que crece incluso, y frente a cualquier intento de denigrar, humillar, al Pueblo, a la Historia y a la Gloria de nuestra Nicaragua. Denigrar, humillar nuestra Alma Digna, desde el Alma, no es un asunto de papeles, és un asunto de Alma, de Espiritualidad Profunda. Se alza y con Voz de Gigante dice, Adelante ! Que quiere decir, no nos dejamos ni atropellar, ni ofender, ni humillar, por nadie !
En estos Días de Celebración Heroica de nuestra Dignidad Nacional, estos Señores de la UNESCO, Señora, se atrevieron con Nicaragua, y yo me pregunto : Dentro de 50 años, de 30 años, no vayamos tan largo, quién se va a acordar de quiénes son ellos ? Quién ? Ah, pero la Memoria Histórica de la Dignidad Humana esa sí queda grabada, esa sí queda grabada en el Alma de los Pueblos.
Nadie va a saber quiénes fueron los indignos… Claro, la Institución que desgraciadamente, como tantas otras, del Sistema de Naciones Unidas que nació para defender a los Pueblos, y ahora, humilla, denigra, calumnia, falsifica la Historia de los Pueblos.
Nadie va a saber quiénes estuvieron ahí, pero la Historia y la Gloria del Pueblo nicaragüense y de nuestra Dignidad y nuestro Honor, esa está grabada en la Memoria, precisamente la Memoria Verdadera de las Luchas de los Pueblos.
Así que, nosotros, actuando desde nuestro profundo sentimiento de Dignidad Nacional, sentimiento y accionar, dijimos : Ya no más ! Es que, con la Dignidad de un Pueblo no se juega, como con la Paz no se juega, y dijimos : Hasta aquí…!, con toda la Fuerza del Heroísmo del General Augusto Nicolás Calderón Sandino, que no tuvo el más mínimo miedo para enfrentarse al Imperio, al Ejército más poderoso de la Tierra, con un grupo de Patriotas, como decía él, que le acompañaron, y ahora un Pueblo entero que acompaña, porque vive ese Legado, esa Historia, ese Honor y esa Gloria.
Nadie va a recordar a los profanos, pero sí vivirá eternamente, la Gloria, la Dignidad, la Valentía, la Soberanía ejercida por nuestro Heroico Pueblo Nicaragüense. Nos sentimos cada vez más orgullosos de ser totalmente consecuentes con nuestro Legado… Totalmente consecuentes !
Aquí el que se atreva sabe que este és un Pueblo de Dignidad altísima, elevadísima, un Pueblo de Identidad Gloriosa, un Pueblo Grande, un Pueblo en Armas. Cuáles son nuestras Armas ? La Dignidad, el Orgullo, el Honor, el Decoro, la exigencia de Respeto a nuestra Soberanía, a nuestra Independencia.
Así que, ya se los hemos dicho, lo decimos : No se atrevan, con Nicaragua no se atrevan…!
Ni Pudieron, Ni Podrán ! A los articuladores del Vendepatrismo… No se atrevan !
Ayer veía, oía las palabras del Alcalde de Jinotega, al Compañero Leónidas Centeno, que les dijo : Pueden estar tranquilos, mientras estén tranquilos.
Aquí hay un Pueblo vigilante, y heroico, valiente, noble, vigilante, vigilante, vigilante, porque cuidamos celosamente, resguardamos celosamente la Paz. Sabemos que és la base del Futuro, y sabemos que en todo momento la hemos defendido.
El Derecho a Vivir en Paz, el Derecho a Vivir en nuestro Suelo, en nuestra Tierra, como Dueños, en Soberanía Nacional. El Derecho a decirnos, con infinito Orgullo : Somos Nicaragüenses, venimos de una Historia que ahí está, para Enseñanza y para Práctica de los Pueblo que luchamos; venimos y somos esa Historia de Patria y Libertad, de Patria Digna, Patria Soberana, Patria y Siempre Más Allá !
Compañer@s, también queremos destacar que esta semana se celebra, como ya sabemos, el 80 Aniversario de la Gran Victoria sobre el Fascismo, esa plaga que quiso destruir a la Humanidad. Pero hubo quienes lucharon, que dieron la Vida, por millones, para defender a la Familia Humana, a la Comunidad Humana; entre ellos 27 millones de Herman@s, Ciudadan@s de la Unión Soviética, que dieron Ejemplo Luminoso, de Luz, parece repetitivo, pero és Luminoso, de Luz Espiritual, de Vida y de Verdad.
Hoy, esta semana que estamos conmemorando los 80 años, nuestra Nicaragua Bendita y Siempre Libre estará representada en los Festejos, en las Celebraciones, en los Desfiles que se proyectan, con una Delegación que presiden los Compañeros Laureano; la Compañera Arling, Vicepresidente de la Asamblea Nacional; el Mayor General Marvin Corrales, Inspector General del Ejército; el Compañero Daniel Edmundo en representación de los Medios Sandinistas… Sandinistas !
Cómo les duele cuando uno dice Sandinistas, porque saben lo que significa en términos de solidez, de congruencia, de coherencia y de valentía… Sandinistas ! Los Medios Sandinistas que estarán representados allá en los Medios de Comunicación, esa Comunicación Revolucionaria y Evolucionaria. Y nuestra Embajadora, la Compañera Alba Azucena Torres, Poeta Chontaleña. Allá estamos. Allá estaremos.
Luego también destacar que hoy presentó Credenciales ante el Pueblo Heroico de Palestina, ante su Presidente, Presidente del Estado Palestino, Hermano Mahmud Abás, nuestro Compañero Gadiel Arce Mairena, Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario del Pueblo y Gobierno de nuestra Nicaragua Bendita, ante el Heroico, Heroico, cada vez más Digno de todos los Méritos, Pueblo Palestino.
Compañer@s, también estamos aquí iniciando semana, anunciando nuevas Comisarías de la Mujer, 2 más esta semana : Una en Larreynaga-Malpaisillo, León, y otra, que és la 421, en Chinandega, San Francisco del Norte. Y también tenemos la Unidad de Seguridad Ciudadana en Corn Island, para el día Viernes.
Hemos entregado y seguimos entregando Viviendas todos los días, y esto porque hay Paz, Paz y Dignidad, Dignidad y Paz : Morrito, San Miguelito, Ticuantepe, Granada.
También Villa Sandino, Estelí, con Calles, Rosita, Altagracia, El Jícaro; Caminos en Wiwilí, Nueva Segovia, Granada, La Libertad, San José de los Remates, Bluefields.
También tenemos Villa Sandino, San Dionisio, con Estadios de Futbol en distintas fases, que se están mejorando o construyendo.
Museo de la Revolución en Nagarote; Parque Infantil en El Jicaral; Parque La Villa, mejoramiento de Canchas en Matiguás y en Jinotepe.
Escuelas Comunitarias en Camoapa y también en Santo Domingo, Chontales.
San Rafael del Sur, Centro de Salud que se mejora, Masachapa. Y Puestos de Salud en La Paz Centro: Casa de Atención para Personas con Necesidades Especiales en Ocotal.
Drenajes y Puentes, en Bilwi, Camoapa, Macuelizo, San Isidro y Masatepe.
Agua en El Castillo, Patrimonio Cultural. Allí se libró la Batalla, también afloró la Sangre, el Espíritu que llega a quienes viven en nuestra Nicaragua, o son Nicaragüenses, por Gracia de Dios ! Allí se libraron Batallas, allí se defendió la Soberanía Nacional. Allí tenemos Agua Potable para 440 Familias.
También estamos, desde el MAG, con la producción de miel de abejas, 843 toneladas en este Primer Trimestre del 2025, en León, Matagalpa, Madriz, Managua y Boaco. Son 1,000 Familias que producen Miel; Apicultores.
El INTA maneja el Hato Ganadero en el inicio del Invierno, a través de Conferencias que se están dando a productores, a ganaderos, de Chontales, Granada, Rivas, Managua, y productores que se conectan virtualmente a las Conferencias, desde todos los Departamentos del País.
Cuál és el impacto de las lluvias en el bienestar animal, la calidad de los forrajes, el manejo sanitario y las técnicas de pastoreo rotacional intensivo se trasladan a través de esas Conferencias.
Usura Cero… Hoy 1,000 Protagonistas, 46 Municipios, fortaleciendo capacidad emprendedora. Y créditos ADELANTE que se entregan en 78 Municipios a más de 400 Protagonistas esta semana.
Centros de Estudio rehabilitados en San Marcos, en La Dalia, entregándose a la Comunidad Educativa esta semana.
INATEC inaugurando Centros Técnicos, nos pasa el Programa ya completo y actualizado : “Hermana Paquita”, el 28 de este Mes de Mayo, saludando el Día de las Madres, aquí en Managua. También tenemos Idiomas, Centro Técnico Blas Real, Héroe de la Patria Bendita, Chinandega, 17 de Julio; 20 de Agosto, Anexo a Hotel Escuela Casa Luxemburgo, San Rafael del Sur, y Niños Héroes, en Matagalpa, otro Centro Técnico inaugurando el 4 de Septiembre; San Juan del Sur Hotel Escuela Nicarao #3, el 11 de Septiembre; y en Jinotega, “Compañero Homero Guatemala”, nuestro Alcalde, Compañero Querido, que se recuerda con el Centro Técnico de Comercio y Servicios que se inaugurará en Octubre y lleva su nombre.
También estamos, Compañer@s, entregando Certificados, Diplomas, a 750 Compañer@s de nuestra Policía Nacional a través del Programa “Angelita Morales Avilés”. Inició en Febrero del año pasado y llevamos 6,500 Herman@s capacitados. Todo desde INATEC. Eficiente trabajo de la Compañera Loyda !
También entregamos Títulos de Propiedad hoy a 450 Herman@s, en Ciudad Sandino, Villa El Carmen, Chinandega, San José de Bocay, El Cuá, Jinotega, La Concordia, Boaco, San José de los Remates, Camoapa, San Marcos, La Paz de Carazo, El Rosario, Diriamba, Santa Teresa, Rancho Grande, Matiguás, Muy Muy, Río Blanco, San Ramón, Estelí, San Juan de Limay, La Trinidad, Pueblo Nuevo, Condega y Nueva Guinea.
Tenemos también Energía Eléctrica que se está entregando o inaugurando hoy en la Comunidad Los Arados, Sector Centro de Salud, del Municipio de Palacagüina, para 75 Herman@s; una inversión de un millón de córdobas. Y en San Rafael del Sur estamos entregando el Sistema de Iluminación Pública restaurado.
Luego tenemos aquí al Ministerio de Salud que está recibiendo y entregando, desde el Fondo Mundial, una donación de 95,700 mosquiteros para fortalecer la Lucha contra la Malaria en nuestra Costa Caribe Norte y en Jinotega.
A propósito, tenemos también disminución del 1% en el número de Personas enfermas de Dengue; luego, 17% menos en Malaria; 10% menos en Neumonía; no se diagnosticaron casos de Leptospirosis esta semana pasada; y la Influenza, que registró un aumento del 40% que estamos atendiendo.
Llegaron las lluvias y también llegaron las dolencias propias de la temporada lluviosa. Sobre esto también tendrá que emitir Boletines el Ministerio de Salud, Alertas si hay necesidad, y al mismo tiempo Medidas que podemos tomar en nuestras casas con nuestras Familias, para proteger nuestra Salud.
Así estamos, Compañer@s. Queremos felicitar a la Asamblea Nacional por ese hermoso Acto que se realizó ayer allí, en ese Parque donde hemos borrado las huellas del escarnio, de la traición de los antipatrias, vendepatrias, y donde ondean nuestras Banderas y surge Vigorosa, Vital y Eterna la Efigie de nuestro General Sandino, su Legado, que caminamos con la certeza de que un Corazón Digno és un Corazón Potente, un Pueblo Digno és un Pueblo Potente, una Cultura de Dignidad y Orgullo Nacional hace a un Pueblo Potente, y és una Cultura Potente.
La Cultura no la determinan Organismos burocráticos y tecnocráticos, sobrepagados con los recursos
de nuestros Pueblos. La Cultura la hacemos nosotros con nuestro caminar, nuestras alegrías, nuestras dolencias, nuestros sufrimientos, nuestras Esperanzas, nuestras Certezas y nuestras Convicciones y Compromisos de Paz.
Esa és la Cultura, la que vivimos cotidianamente, y no se necesita de aprobación de tecnócratas y burócratas requetebién pagados con el dinero de nuestros Pueblos, para saber que nuestra Cultura és valiosa, porque és, por sí misma, y porque somos una Historia de Cultura Vigorosa, Vital, de Orgullo, de Decoro, de Dignidad y de Defensa de la Paz.
Nosotr@s, l@s Protagonistas de esa Cultura Heroica, sabemos lo que valemos, lo que sentimos, lo que decimos, lo que hacemos, y sabemos que Vamos Adelante, Siempre Más Allá, y que el Porvenir pertenece a los Pueblos Libres y Dignos del Mundo.
Vamos Venciendo, y Seguimos Venciendo, y Vamos Adelante con nuestro Comandante Daniel, con todo nuestro Patrimonio Heroico… Vamos Adelante, Siempre Más Allá, Hacia el 46/19, Siempre 19, Hacia el 46/19, en Fuerza de Victorias, Victoria del Amor. Tantas Familias ahí que resultaron, de una u otra forma, heridas y golpeadas por el Fascismo; pero vencimos, porque fue la Humanidad la que venció, el Espíritu Humano en esos Heroicos Combatientes antifascistas. Y ahora, y hoy que pretenden alzar nuevamente sus terribles signos, llamadas insignias, el Mundo entero está vigilante, vigilante y activo, construyendo, reconstruyendo, y desafiando, desde la Paz.
Y luego, con nuestro Comandante Daniel vamos a hacer otro Acto el propio día 9, saludando las Victorias y comprometidos, como estamos tod@s, como Familia Humana, como Comunidad Humana, con la Paz, como único Camino para la Humanidad.

Good afternoon, Comrade. Good afternoon, Beloved Families of Our Nicaragua, Dignified, our Dignity Held High. We come from a History of National Dignity, not a History of dignified reaction. It is a History of Dignity, of Attitude, of Knowledge, of Ownership, of Spirit, of Dignified, Dignified, Dignified Soul.
Yesterday we celebrated precisely, we celebrated the Dignity held high, of this People, our People. That Dignity demonstrated by our Indigenous Chieftains, the Archers of Matagalpa; Andrés Castro with his Stone; General José Dolores Estrada. That Dignity that has defeated the Filibusters of all Times and expelled them from our Nicaragua.
Yesterday we celebrated our National Dignity and we made it clear, as our General Sandino
said, «We are moving towards the Sun of Liberty.» We live in the Sun of Dignity and we are a People Who Neither Sell Out, Nor Surrender, Never!
With such a History of abuses, barbarities, colonialism and Imperialism in our Nicaragua, and the outrageous things that Dr. Gustavo Porras exposed yesterday, when they tried so many times to create; and they did so, but there were those who rebelled, that is the Dignity of this People… To create institutions in their image, likeness and measures, to dominate us better.
They occupied us, they desecrated our Sacred Territory, but here there were those who opposed them and those who raised the Flags of National Decorum; those Flags that today rise as the National Flags of this Blessed and Forever Free Homeland.
Our Dignity held high has nothing to do with reactions. It is the Spirit, it is the Nobility, the Character, the Idiosyncrasy, the Identity of the Nicaraguan People, of our People.
Our Dignity does not refer to an event or momentum, does not pertain to an event or momentum. Our Dignity is of History, Memory, Glory and Permanence, a Dignity that thrives even in the face of any attempt to denigrate and humiliate the People, the History and the Glory of our Nicaragua. Denigrating and humiliating our Dignified Soul, from the Soul, is not a matter of paperwork, it is a matter of the Soul, of Deep Spirituality. It rises and with the Voice of a Giant says, Onward! Which means, we do not allow ourselves to be trampled upon, offended, or humiliated by anyone!
In these Days of Heroic Celebration of our National Dignity, these Ladies and Gentlemen from UNESCO, have dared against Nicaragua, and I ask myself: In 50 years, in 30 years, let us not go so far, who will remember who they are? Who? Ah, but the Historical Memory of Human Dignity will remain engraved, will remain engraved in the Souls of the People.
No one will ever know who the undignified were… Of course, unfortunately, the institution, that as many others within the United Nations System, which was born to defend the Peoples, and now humiliates, denigrates, slanders and falsifies the History of the Peoples.
No one will ever know who was there, but the History and Glory of the Nicaraguan People, and of our Dignity and Honor, are engraved in the Memory, precisely the True Memory of the Struggles of the Peoples.
So, we, from our deep sense of National Dignity, our feelings and actions, said: No more! The fact is, the Dignity of a People is not to be trifled with, just as Peace is not to be trifled with, and we said: «This is it!» with all the Strength and Heroism of General Augusto Nicolás Calderón Sandino, who did not have the slightest fear in confronting the Empire, the most powerful Army on Earth, along with a group of Patriots, as he said, who accompanied him, and now an entire People who accompany him, because we live on with that Legacy, that History, that Honor and that Glory.
No one will remember the laymen, but the Glory, Dignity, Courage, the Sovereignty exercised by our Heroic Nicaraguan People will live on forever. We feel increasingly proud of being totally consistent with our Legacy… Totally consistent!
Here, whoever dares knows that this is a People with the Highest and most elevated Dignity, a People of Glorious Identity, a Great People, a People in Arms. What are our Weapons? Dignity, Pride, Honor, Decorum, the demand for Respect for our Sovereignty, for our Independence.
So, we have already told them, and we say it: Do not dare, do not dare against Nicaragua…!
They Could Not Prevail, Nor Will They! To those organizing the sellout patriotism… Don’t you dare!
Yesterday I saw, I heard the words of the Mayor of Jinotega, Comrade Leónidas Centeno, who told them: You can rest easy, as long as you rest easy.
Here is a vigilant, heroic, brave, noble, vigilant, vigilant, vigilant People, because we jealously guard, we jealously safeguard Peace. We know that Peace is the foundation of the Future, and we know that we have defended it at all times.

But there were those who fought, who gave their lives, by millions, to defend the Human Family, the Human Community; among them 27 million Brothers and Sisters, Citizens of the Soviet Union, who gave a Luminous Example, of Light, it seems repetitive, but it is Luminous, of Spiritual Light, of Life, and of Truth.
Today, this week, as we commemorate 80 years, our Blessed and Always Free Nicaragua will be represented in the Festivities, in the Celebrations, in the Parades, with a delegation led by Comrade Laureano; Comrade Arling, Vice President of the National Assembly; Major General Marvin Corrales, Inspector General of the Army; and Comrade Daniel Edmundo representing the Sandinista Media… Sandinistas!
And how it hurts them when someone says Sandinistas, because they know what it means in terms of solidity, consistency, coherence and courage… Sandinistas! The Sandinista Media will be represented there in the Media, that Revolutionary and Evolutionary Communication. And our Ambassador, Comrade Alba Azucena Torres, a Poet from Chontales. We are there. We will be there.
I would also like to highlight that today our Comrade Gadiel Arce Mairena presented his Credentials to the Heroic People of Palestine, to their President, President of the Palestinian State, Brother Mahmoud Abbas, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People and Government of our Blessed Nicaragua, to the Heroic, Heroic and increasingly dignified of all Merits, the Palestinian People.
Comrades, we are also here at the beginning of the week, announcing new Women’s Commissary, two more this week: one in Larreynaga-Malpaisillo, León, and another, the number 421, in Chinandega, San Francisco del Norte. And we also have the Citizen’s Security Unit in Corn Island, on Friday.

Water in El Castillo, Cultural Heritage. There the Battle was fought, Blood also emerged, the Spirit that reaches those who live in our Nicaragua, Nicaraguans, by the Grace of God! There Battles were fought, National Sovereignty was defended. There we have Drinking Water for 440 families.
We are also, from MAG, producing 843 tons of honey in this First Quarter of 2025, in León, Matagalpa, Madriz, Managua and Boaco. There are 1,000 Families producing Honey; Beekeepers.
INTA manages the Cattle Herd at the beginning of the winter season, through Conferences given to producers and ranchers in Chontales, Granada, Rivas and Managua, and producers who connect virtually to the Conferences from all Departments of the Country.
The impact of rainfall on animal welfare, forage quality, health management and intensive rotational grazing techniques are taught through these Conferences.
Zero Usury… Today, 1,000 Protagonists in 46 Municipalities, strengthening entrepreneurial capacity. And ADELANTE loans are being given in 78 Municipalities to more than 400 Protagonists this week.
Study Centers rehabilitated in San Marcos, La Dalia. Those are being delivered to the Educational Community this week.
INATEC, inaugurating Technical Centers, they are sending us the complete and updated «Hermana Paquita» Program on May 28, to celebrate Mother’s Day here in Managua. We also have Languages, the Blas Real Technical Center, Hero of the Blessed Homeland, Chinandega, on July 17; on August 20, Annex to the Casa Luxemburgo School Hotel in San Rafael del Sur, and Niños Héroes in Matagalpa, another Technical Center inaugurated on September 4; San Juan del Sur Nicarao School Hotel #3 on September 11; and in Jinotega, «Comrade Homero Guatemala,» our Mayor, Beloved Comrade, who is remembered with the Technical Center for Commerce and Services, which will be inaugurated in October and bears his name.
We are also, Comrades, presenting Certificates and Diplomas to 750 Comrades of our National Police through the «Angelita Morales Avilés» Program. It began in February of last year, and we have trained 6,500 Brothers and Sisters. All from INATEC. Efficient work by Comrade Loyda!
Today, we also delivered Property Titles to 450 Brothers and Sisters in Ciudad Sandino, Villa El Carmen, Chinandega, San José de Bocay, El Cuá, Jinotega, La Concordia, Boaco, San José de los Remates, Camoapa, San Marcos, La Paz de Carazo, El Rosario, Diriamba, Santa Teresa, Rancho Grande, Matiguás, Muy Muy, Río Blanco, San Ramón, Estelí, San Juan de Limay, La Trinidad, Pueblo Nuevo, Condega and Nueva Guinea.
Today, we also delivered or inaugurated Electricity in Los Arados Community, Healthcare Center Sector, in the Municipality of Palacagüina, for 75 Brothers and Sisters; an investment of one million córdobas. And in San Rafael del Sur, we are inaugurating the restored Public Lighting System.
Then, we have the Ministry of Health, which is receiving and delivering a donation of 95,700 mosquito nets from the Global Fund to strengthen the Fight against Malaria on our North Caribbean Coast and in Jinotega.
By the way, we also have a 1% decrease in the number of People with Dengue fever; then, a 17% decrease in Malaria; a 10% decrease in Pneumonia; no cases of Leptospirosis were diagnosed last week; and Influenza registered a 40% increase, and we are treating it.
The rains have arrived, and so have the ailments typical of the rainy season. The Ministry of Health will also have to issue Bulletins regarding this, Alerts if necessary, and at the same time, Measures that can be taken at home with our Families to protect our Health.
Here we are, Comrades. We want to congratulate the National Assembly for the beautiful Ceremony held yesterday there, in that Park where we have erased the traces of mockery and betrayal by those who are anti-patriotic and traitors to the homeland, where our Flags wave and the Image of our General Sandino, his Legacy, rises Vigorous, Vital and Eternal. We walk with the certainty that a Dignified Heart is a Powerful Heart, a Dignified People is a Powerful People, a Culture of Dignity and National Pride give rise to a Powerful People, and a Powerful Culture.
Culture is not determined by bureaucratic and technocratic Organizations, which are overpaid with the resources of our Peoples. We create Culture with our journeys, our joys, our ailments, our sufferings, our Hopes, our Certainties, and our Convictions and Commitments towards Peace.
That is the Culture we live daily, and we do not need the approval of technocrats and bureaucrats, well paid with our People’s money, to know that our Culture is valuable, because it is, in itself, and because we are a History of Vigorous, Vital Culture, of Pride, of Decorum, of Dignity, and of the Defense of Peace.
We, the Protagonists of that Heroic Culture, know our value, what we feel, what we say, what we do, and we know that We Move Forward, Always Onward, and that the Future belongs to the Free and Dignified Peoples of the World.
We are Winning, and We Continue Winning, and We Move Forward with our Comnandante Daniel, with all our Heroic Heritage… We Move Forward, Always Further, Towards 46/19, Always 19, Toward 46/19, in the Strength of Victories, Victory of Love. One People and one day and many days, filled with Love. Love triumphs once again!

So many families there who were, in one way or another, wounded and battered by Fascism; but we won, because it was Humanity that won, the Human Spirit in those Heroic Anti-Fascist Fighters. And now, and today, as they seek to raise their terrible symbols, so-called insignia, once again, the entire world is vigilant, vigilant, and active, building, rebuilding, and challenging, from Peace.
And then, with our Comandante Daniel, we will hold another event on the 9th itself, saluting the Victories and committed, as we all are, as a Human Family, as a Human Community, to Peace, as the only Path for Humanity.
