MANAGUA – NICARAGUA / El Gobierno de Nicaragua desmintió este 1 de abril las acusaciones emitidas por voceros del Gobierno de Estados Unidos sobre supuestas restricciones a las prácticas religiosas en el país; cuando en todo el territorio nacional se desarrollan miles de actividades religiosas con plena normalidad, especialmente en el contexto de la Semana Santa.

Que Dios Padre en Su Gran Poder, perdone
a quienes no saben lo que hacen !
El Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de esta Nicaragua Cristiana, Socialista y Solidaria, de esta Tierra Sagrada, Bendita y Siempre Digna y Libre, desmiente categóricamente las acusaciones perversas que han emitido Voceros del Gobierno norteamericano y que cualquier Ser Humano, nicaragüense o no, puede también desmentir en base a las realidades que vive nuestro País y nuestro Pueblo Devoto, Creyente y lleno de Fé.
En toda Nicaragua se realizan miles de Actividades Religiosas, Católicas y de Iglesias Cristianas y Evangélicas, Ritos y Cultos propios de la Semana Santa, a los que con Fervor asistimos, cumpliendo con nuestras Tradiciones como Pueblo de Dios.
En esta Nicaragua, a lo largo de la Historia hemos sabido enfrentar los desafíos, retos, y dificultades impuestas, con el Valor y el Amor Liberador que Cristo Jesús, Salvador y Redentor del Mundo, derrama sobre nosotros.
Lo que sí está a la vista del Mundo entero y del propio Pueblo norteamericano que lo denuncia todos los días, es la violenta persecución contra Migrantes inocentes, Personas de Bien, Trabajadores, que han viajado a Estados Unidos a ganarse la Vida, creyendo en ese País donde Migrantes de distintas partes del Mundo han contribuido a forjar riqueza.
Esa Comunidad Migrante, Honesta, Trabajadora, en Estados Unidos hoy vive abuso y acoso de las Autoridades, separación de Familias, agresión a Niños y Niñas, violación sistemática de todos sus Derechos Humanos. Perseguidos, amenazados, encarcelados, ven arrebatada su Dignidad Humana.
Esa sí es realidad, vergonzosa y angustiante ! Están crucificando nuevamente
a Cristo Jesús !
Llamamos a quienes han vertido falsedades sobre nuestras Vivencias Religiosas, a desmentir lo que evidentemente constituye solamente una campaña política de desinformación interesada, que alimenta el odio, que nada tiene que ver con la Religión o la Fé, y que por supuesto no contribuye al Encuentro de la Familia Humana en momentos tan duros como los que vivimos en este Mundo.
Como siempre, hay Fariseos que sirven a intereses foráneos, falsos que nunca han sido ni Pastores, ni Promotores de Valores, como la Fraternidad o el Bien Común, que tanto necesita este Mundo complejo. Vale la pena recordar que el Mal se enrosca como serpiente, en corazones vacíos que se han movido, y se mueven, por envidias, celos, rivalidades, intrigas y ambiciones nada buenas.
La Esencia del Cristianismo no es ficción. Es el Amor, que siembra Concordia, Armonía, Esperanza y Caminos de Bien. Cristo Vive en esos Deberes y Virtudes que debemos saber redescubrir.
La Fuerza de la Verdad nos hace Libres !

FALSE, IN EVERY SENSE FALSE
May God the Father in His Great Power, forgive those who know not what they do!
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of this Christian, Socialist and Solidarity inspired Nicaragua, of this Sacred, Blessed Land, Forever Dignified and Free, categorically refutes the perverse accusations made by Spokespersons of the North American Government and which any Human Being, Nicaraguan or otherwise, can also refute based on the reality lived in our Country by our Devout, Believing and Faith-imbued People.
Thousands of Religious, Catholic and Evangelical Christian Church Activities take place throughout Nicaragua, Rites and Cults appropriate to Holy Week, which we fervently attend, fulfilling our Traditions as a People of God.
In this Nicaragua, throughout history we have been able to face the obstacles, challenges, and difficulties imposed, thanks to the Courage and Liberating Love with which Christ Jesus, Savior and Redeemer of the World, endows us.
What is evident to the whole world and to the U.S. people themselves, who denounce it every day, is the violent persecution of innocent Migrants, Good People, Workers, who have traveled to the United States to earn a living, believing in that Country, where Migrants from different parts of the world have always contributed to producing its wealth.
That Honest, Hardworking Migrant Community in the United States today is experiencing abuse and harassment by the Authorities, separation of Families, aggression against Children, systematic violation of all their Human Rights. Persecuted, threatened, imprisoned and stripped of their Human Dignity.
That indeed is a shameful and distressing reality! People are being crucified again, as was Christ Jesus!
We call on those who have spewed forth falsehoods about our Religious Practices, to abandon what obviously constitutes a merely political campaign of prejudiced disinformation, feeding hatred, which has nothing to do with Religion or Faith, and which of course does not contribute to the Coming Together of the Human Family in such very difficult times as those we live in this world.
As always, Pharisees appear, serving foreign, false interests, who have never been either Pastors or Promoters of Values, such as Fraternity or the Common Good, which this complex world so badly needs. It is worth remembering how Evil curls up like a snake, in empty hearts motivated, as in the past and moved now too, by envy, jealousy, rivalries, intrigues and unworthy ambitions.
The essence of Christianity is no fiction. It is Love, sowing Concord, Harmony and Hope along Paths of Goodness. Christ lives in those very Obligations and Virtues we must learn how to rediscover.
The Power of Truth makes us free!
