En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos expresar nuestras Felicitaciones por su Reelección como Presidente de la República de Yibuti, durante las Elecciones Presidenciales celebradas recientemente, lo que ratifica la Confianza de su Pueblo en su Liderazgo y Conducción del País.
