En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos transmitir nuestras más Sinceras Felicitaciones con motivo de su Reelección como Presidente de la República del Congo.
Aprovechamos esta oportunidad para reafirmar el compromiso del Gobierno de Nicaragua de continuar estrechando los Lazos de Amistad y Solidaridad que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos en su lucha constante por un Mundo en Paz, Entendimiento, Justicia, Bienestar y Desarrollo para las generaciones venideras.
