Querido Hermano Presidente :
En esta ocasión tan especial, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos expresar nuestras más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno, al Pueblo de la República de Sudáfrica, así como a nuestras Hermanas y Hermanos del Congreso Nacional Africano (ANC), en la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 30 Aniversario del Día de la Libertad, el próximo 27 de abril.
Celebramos esta fecha histórica de Luchas, Victorias y Libertad del Pueblo Sudafricano, sobre los flagelos de la opresión, la discriminación y la injusticia que durante años sufrió bajo el régimen del Apartheid, Lucha que hoy continúa en Solidaridad con el Hermano Pueblo Palestino, víctimas de un genocidio y la ocupación del imperialismo Mundial y del Gobierno de Israel.
Sudáfrica y Nicaragua comparten una Historia común de Lucha por la Paz y el Desarrollo, por ello, el Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de Nicaragua reitera su invariable compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Fraternidad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
Reciba, Querido Hermano Presidente, nuestro Abrazo Fraterno, con el Cariño y Respeto del Pueblo Nicaragüense para el Noble Pueblo de Sudáfrica.

Dear Brother President,
On this very special occasion, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to express our Sincere Congratulations to You, Your Government, the People of the Republic of South Africa, as well as to our Sisters and Brothers of the African National Congress (ANC), as you commemorate the 30th Anniversary of Freedom Day, this coming April 27th.
We honor this historic date of Resistance, Victories and Freedom of the South African People, over the scourges of oppression, discrimination and injustice suffered for years under the Apartheid regime, a Resistance that continues today in solidarity with the Brotherly Palestinian People, victims of genocide and the occupation of World imperialism and the Government of Israel.
South Africa and Nicaragua share a common History of Struggle for Peace and Development; therefore, the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua reiterates its invariable commitment to continue strengthening the Ties of Fraternity, Solidarity and Cooperation that unite our Peoples and Governments.
Receive, Dear Brother President, our Fraternal Embrace, with the Affection and Respect of the Nicaraguan People for the Noble People of South Africa.
